About Me

I am a EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist and truly love doing EMDR with my clients. I work from a trauma informed lens and provide services for ages 12 and up. From managing stress to more complex issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma; I am here to help you. I welcome clients of all races, cultural, religious/ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientations. My goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment so you can learn and grow within yourself, in your relationships, and your experiences.
