About Me
I work with adults struggling with anxiety, relationships, and self-esteem. I enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community, women, and young adults. Specializing in supporting anxious, overthinkers with their relationships.
Education & Experience
BS in Psychology, Bridgewater State University MS in Mental Health Counseling, University of Massachusetts, Boston. Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, #10979) in Massachusetts. In undergrad, I conducted neuropsychological research in collaboration with Bridgewater State University and Boston University. After graduation, I worked as a clinical research assistant in the Neuropsychology Department at Rhode Island Hospital in collaboration with Brown University. During graduate school and for some time after, I continued to work on research through the University of Massachusetts, Boston. I am EMDR trained and currently working toward certification. I have advanced training in supporting trans and gender-diverse folks in seeking gender-affirming care.
