About Me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and owner of KGW Counseling, a virtual therapy practice serving women throughout Texas. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, burnout, and concerns related to cultural and family expectations.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I am trained in EMDR therapy and integrate EMDR, parts work, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients explore how past experiences, relationships, and learned roles may continue to influence how they see themselves and navigate the world.
I particularly enjoy working with women who are used to being the responsible one, struggle with people-pleasing or perfectionism, or feel caught between caring for others and making room for themselves.
