Education & Experience

I am trauma-informed clinician who believes that every individual has the capacity to heal, grow, and develop resilience when provided with a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. My clinical approach integrates person-centered, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed interventions. I have specialized training in trauma treatment, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through an EMDRIA-approved program.

Throughout her career, I have worked with individuals and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, life transitions, behavioral challenges, and other complex psychosocial stressors. My experience includes work within Child Protective Services, Inland Regional Center, and school-based mental health settings, providing me with a unique understanding of the intersection between mental health, family systems, child development, disability services, and educational environments.
