About Me
I work from a collaborative perspective, believing that developing rapport and trust is most helpful in clients achieving their goals. My style and approach includes warmth, sensitivity and humor. I believe laughing can be healing and it changes what messages are being sent to your brain.
Education & Experience
I have worked a a few different clinic which has expanding my experience and knowledge. One clinic, which served women whom were survivors of domestic violence and had a chemical dependency outpatient component. Soon after I decided to get certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also was then trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
