About Me

Kiri is a depth-oriented EMDR therapist with advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic mindfulness, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. She specializes in Ketamine-Assisted EMDR and cycle-timed Ketamine-Assisted Therapy for menstrual-related mood disorders. Her approach is spiritually focused and influenced by Buddhist practice.
Her work is grounded in Liberation Healing, a decolonial and anti-oppressive framework that recognizes how trauma is shaped not only by personal experience, but also by broader systems of structural harm. She has advanced training in healing ancestral and collective trauma with Thomas Hübl. She integrates this lens into EMDR to support trauma processing in a way that is grounded in both personal experience and the broader systems that shape it.
Kiri works with adults navigating complex and childhood trauma, depression, relationship anxiety and rumination, burnout and overwhelm, addiction, and hormone-related mental health, including PMDD and perimenopause.
She loves working with folks who hold identities outside the mainstream—BIPOC, queer, and spiritually-inclined individuals. As a mixed-race therapist, she brings a lived understanding of navigating multiple worlds. She also works with first responders, veterans, and care professionals.
