About Me
I knew at a very young age what I wanted to do with my life. At the age of 10 I told my mom I wanted to be a psychotherapist when I grew up. That desire never changed. Today, I am a therapist dedicated to helping others recover from their past and current emotional wounds, allowing them to move forward and live fuller, happier lives. Everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and happy life. Asking for help is a strong recognition of your own power and desire to heal. I have been there myself, struggling and wanting to make a change. Recovery and mending takes time and effort. I am here to help you through the process; we will work together to heal and grow towards your brighter future. I have been on the forefront, improving service delivery, program development, government response, leadership, and governance throughout my career. I am here to add my expertise to your program.
