About Me

Kristen works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, and stress related to major life transitions such as college, career changes, and new relationships. Her approach is compassionate, honest, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, identify underlying emotions, improve relationships, and create meaningful change.

Kristen utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR can help clients process traumatic or distressing experiences and reduce the emotional impact of difficult memories.

Kristen believes every person has strengths that can be identified and developed. Through a warm, supportive, and sometimes challenging therapeutic environment, she works alongside clients to increase self-acceptance, resilience, empowerment, and overall well-being.
