About Me
Kristen Guskovict has been a licensed clinical social worker, in the state of FL since 2016. She began utilizing EMDR in 2019. Prior to working as a therapist, Kristen worked the field of non-profit management with extensive knowledge of refugee services, torture treatment, human trafficking, child welfare, mental health, immigration, and social services. Throughout Kristen’s professional life she has worked with Humanitarian agencies and Monitoring Operations, and community-based development programs including the Peace Corps. Her experiences have provided her with opportunities to work in Ukraine, Greece, Bangladesh and Burkina Faso, among other countries.
Education & Experience
Kristen holds a B.A. in International Relations and Human Rights from Webster University; an M.S. in Global Affairs with a concentration in Humanitarian Assistance from New York University, and an M.S.W. from Florida International University.
