About Me
I have over fifteen years of clinical experience and I specialize in therapy for complex trauma, anxiety, relationship problems and attachment, and dissociation. I have an office in Encinitas where I provide in-person therapy and I provide virtual therapy throughout California.
I specialize in working with deep-thinking, over-functioning individuals including medical professionals, therapists and psychologists, people in science/tech, and creatives, who often appear to be doing perfectly fine on the surface but could benefit from support managing stress, working through perfectionism, trauma reprocessing, and/or with support connecting with themselves and others.

Education & Experience
I have over fifteen years of clinical experience, an M.A. in Counseling, a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology, and certification in EMDR by EMDRIA. I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Training and I am signed up so I can work with people who are Upside program participants. I have completed additional training and experience to work with complex trauma, attachment, and dissociation.
