About Me

Hello! I work with kids ages 2-12 and I specialize in providing playful EMDR therapy and trauma/attachment work with kids and their families. I incorporate parts and disassociation work within the EMDR; we spend lots of time talking about the brain/body connection and how our brain develops protectors/defenders when we get very stressed. I am systems-based and encourage families/caregivers to be a part of services as co-healers in the process as it is indicated. The first few sessions are normally spent working on some common language/concepts between us all.
