(She/Her/Hers)
About Me
I am a collaborative therapist with a client-centered philosophy who understands the importance of mutual trust, empathy, and unconditional positive regard in the client/counselor relationship. I work with my clients to discover what works best for them and it is my desire for a strong therapeutic alliance that allows my clients to help themselves as they work through life’s challenges. I am best described as empathetic, honest, and caring. I have an innate love for animals and am lucky to work at a facility that offers equine assisted psychotherapy. I have experienced first-hand the healing power animals play in one’s life and love offering that to some of my clients.
Education & Experience
I received my undergraduate degree in Marriage and Family Studies from BYU-I and I received my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University. I have experience working with all clientele but my preferred clientele is adolescents and women.
