About Me

I have been a social worker for nearly 30 years and have worked with many individuals on their goals of healing and empowering themselves. I have worked in medical case management, program management, hospice, home health, and now in a group private practice. I use a client-focused approach that aims to affirm client strengths and interests. I have been practicing EMDR for over two years and have found this to be one of the most effective ways to help those with anxiety, trauma, and depression.
