About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Southern California. I work to foster a non-judgmental space for therapy that can allow for vulnerability and honesty. ​ I have spent the past several years working in various community agencies, with adults experiencing a range of psychological challenges, distresses, and disorders. I find it so rewarding to work together with someone on exploring, acknowledging, accepting, reprocessing and moving through challenges. In addition to EMDR I am trained in and draw from attachment theory and IFS.
