Mrs. Kristin Adduci, LMHC
About Me
I am originally from the Buffalo area. I completed my graduate work in Grand Forks, ND, where I was fortunate to work with a variety of people struggling with many different types of issues. My time in the Midwest allowed me to gain experience working with individuals that were in crisis and/or exposed to trauma. When I came back to Buffalo in 2006, I started working in the field of Crisis Intervention. I helped develop a successful police training program that focused on training law enforcement, and worked in direct service assisting individuals in crisis. Though I was successful in my work, I always felt something was missing and decided to take a huge leap and see clients in a private practice setting. I started my private practice in the Spring of 2016. I work with individuals that struggle with anxiety and depression, and have continued to work with First Responders and Law Enforcement assisting with training and providing treatment. I also have obtained training to work with pregnant and postpartum mothers as well as additional trauma training to assist those struggling with grief and loss. I am EMDR Trained and specialize in the treatment of PTSD. I am excited to work with you, and assist you in finding a way through difficult and uncertain times. I am dedicated to helping you find your purpose and drive to achieve happiness.
