Kristin Greco, MSW

EMDR Certified Therapist

About Me

I am a caring and empathetic therapist; my primary goal is for you to eventually achieve a more peaceful and happy life. Over the years, I have discovered that with the right assistance, we can be guided to recognize and reconnect with our inner strengths to overcome the difficulties (internal or external) that we face. I would be honoured to support you to find peace on your journey through life.

Education & Experience

I have a Masters in Social Work and I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Additionally, I have a training certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am a Registered Social Worker with more than 15 years of Psychotherapy and case management experience. I practice EMDR almost exclusively, however, I am integrative, drawing on other therapeutic modalities helpful to my clients' unique experiences and situations.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

Life can be challenging. It can make one feel isolated or even frightened at times. However, no one needs to suffer alone. There is always hope, and with the proper help and guidance, solutions can often be found to the obstacles that we face. I am an advocate for my clients and often run pro-bono support groups, and offer a sliding scale fee in order to reach more people in desperate need of support.
