About Me

We all experience challenges throughout our lives. My person-centered approach gives you the opportunity to discuss what is meaningful to you. I support adults who wish to build confidence, renew self-esteem, and develop the practical skills and resources necessary to heal from the pain of traumatic and adverse life experiences. My fourteen years of experience supporting people who are challenged by health issues, family issues, and grief and loss has given me a wealth of diverse knowledge. I help people find relief and heal from anxiety, depression, phobias and negative core beliefs. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, an evidenced based treatment, effective in healing trauma and other conditions which may stem from difficult life experiences. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help with exploring thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and Mindfulness techniques for stress management. I embrace diversity, respect, honesty, kindness and humor. I strive to make you feel empowered to share your story and take control over whatever is holding you back from the life you want to live. If you are ready to rediscover your sense of self and heal, please contact me for a 15 minute complimentary phone chat to see if I am a good fit for your needs. I offer telehealth for WA residents and in-person appointments at the Marston Center in Lacey, WA.
