About Me

I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist specializing in EMDR therapy for adults navigating trauma, complex PTSD, attachment injuries, anxiety, and relational distress. My work is grounded in the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model and a deep respect for the nervous system’s wisdom.

I approach EMDR with careful case conceptualization and a strong emphasis on stabilization and resourcing. Preparation is not something I rush through; it is a central part of treatment. I work collaboratively with clients to build internal and external resources, strengthen affect tolerance, and develop nervous system regulation before and throughout reprocessing.

My style is steady, relational, and attuned. I integrate EMDR with somatic awareness, gentle parts-work and attachment-informed perspectives, supporting clients in metabolizing distressing experiences while maintaining a sense of safety and agency. My goal is not only symptom reduction, but increased integration, resilience, and self-trust.

Education & Experience

I am a licensed psychotherapist providing telehealth services to adults. I completed EMDR Basic Training and consultation through EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Programs (HAP) in May 2025, including required consultation hours in alignment with EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) standards.

My clinical experience includes working with adults presenting with complex and developmental trauma, attachment trauma and relational wounds, anxiety disorders and panic, dissociation and fragmentation, and chronic shame and negative core beliefs.

I utilize structured case conceptualization, target sequencing, and phased EMDR treatment planning. In addition to standard protocol, I frequently incorporate resourcing strategies, parts-informed interventions, and somatic stabilization to support clients who benefit from a paced and titrated approach.
