About Me

I am an LCSW with an office in Tinton Falls. With warmth and compassion I create a non-judgmental, supportive environment where you can safely express yourself and feel understood. You do not have to figure life out alone; through our work together you will uncover hidden obstacles and revise self-limiting beliefs, enabling you to create an emotionally healthier present and a better future. I strive to help clients develop more insight into how their experiences have shaped who they are today and influenced patterns of behaviors; and most importantly how to reframe negative beliefs to develop a self-view of acceptance and empowerment.
