I bring over 12 years of experience to my practice as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My journey in the field began with the completion of my MA in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University in 2011, followed by the attainment of my MFT license in 2016. I am EMDR certified through EMDRIA (The EMDR International Association), and have extensive experience working with trauma survivors, as well as utilizing EMDR to treat various other symptoms. I am also trained in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, as well as Attachment Based Family Therapy. Over the course of my career, I've assumed various clinical and directorial roles, granting me the privilege of working with diverse age groups, ethnicities, religious backgrounds, and sexual orientations. My mission is to foster a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental space where my clients can gain deeper self-understanding and achieve their fullest potential. I hold the belief that each person is a unique individual, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the distinct needs and goals of my clients.
