EMDR Certified Therapist

About Me

I am a bilingual licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida as well as an EMDR trained therapist. I specialize in trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and panic disorder. In my practice, I have been working with adolescents and adults who struggle with PTSD, past traumas, disturbing memories, negative core beliefs, history of abuse, and other stressful life circumstances. As a trauma therapist, I believe that it is crucial to provide a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental environment for the clients to share their sensitive experiences, resolve past traumas, decrease emotional intensity, and find inner strengths to achieve overall well-being. Along with EMDR, I utilize other treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, visualization, Matrix Reimprinting, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) well known as tapping. As a bilingual therapist, I provide services to Russian and Ukrainian population, especially now when people are going through a war crisis, being exposed to traumatic events, and experiencing its impact.

Education & Experience

I have a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I've graduated with a Distinguished scholar award, recognizing the highest final GPA level in the program. After graduating, I have continuously trained in different modalities. I have certificates in basic EMDR training, EMDR R-TEP/G-TEP, and EMDR Working with Dissociation. Also, I am a Level 2 certified Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner and widely use both modalities with clients.
