I take a holistic approach to help you navigate through any distressing issues in your life. My focus is on assisting you in making positive changes to your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. During our therapy sessions, you can expect an engaging and collaborative approach. I believe that building a strong relationship with my clients is key in achieving effective results.
Education & Experience
I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University and am certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. I received training in EMDR through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness and am continuing education and professional collaboration by seeking additional EMDRIA certification.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
In my personal time, I find joy in reconnecting with nature to recharge, spending quality time cuddling with my dog, Shadow, and staying active through CrossFit. I’m also passionate about giving back to my community and serve on a local community engagement board. These activities ground me and fuel my passion for helping others find balance and resilience in their own lives.
