About Me
I have passion and experiences working with various kind of traumas to help people find hope and inner resilience to build their identity and life through our work together. I believe each person has already has proven their strength through surviving the traumas, and I have deep respect for that. I believe therapy can help them discover the unique resilience that they may not have realized, heal from the past traumas that they feel stuck in that show up in the present moments, and build the future with wisdom and strength.
Education & Experience
I completed Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore Kentucky in 2012. I practiced counseling in Japan for several years before I cam to North Carolina, and has worked with a lot of cross-cultural issues in international community in Tokyo area.
In North Carolina, I have worked with individuals and families with various issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, traumas, attachment issues, family issues.
