About Me
Do you ever find yourself repeating patterns that you thought you worked through in relationships, at work, or even your reactions to stressful situations? Do you have anxiety that won’t quiet down, or maybe painful memories that keep resurfacing? If you have a sense that something in the past is still shaping the present, you’re not alone—and real healing is possible.
I specialize in EMDR therapy, a powerful approach that helps your brain and body naturally process and release the emotional weight of difficult experiences so you can move forward with greater clarity and peace, free from the trauma that was making you stuck.
My goal is to help you create a compassionate and resilient emotional space for yourself where you can enjoy your life and feel capable and strong.
In addition to EMDR therapy, I also use CBT tools and couples therapy to help my clients feel confident, self-compassionate, and resilient in the present. The combination of trauma work and practical tools for the present helps my clients to both heal painful patterns from the past and show up in the present feeling capable and strong.
I am a multicultural individual with Filipino, Korean, Japanese, and African American heritage, and I'm affirming of all people. I have a special passion for empowering BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrants/children of immigrants, moms/those in the perinatal process, couples at all stages of love, and people looking to heal, nurture, and grow the best version of themselves.
I'm licensed in California (CA LCSW 66309), Pennsylvania (PA CW023414), and Florida (FL TPSW433) and love supporting clients in all 3 states! I have provided therapy to clients in nonprofits, at the Department of Veterans Affairs, and currently in private practice.
In our work together, we’ll move at a pace that respects your nervous system while helping you build real momentum toward change. Send me a message here or through my website, and I look forward to talking with you about your next steps on your healing journey.
