About Me

Hi, I'm a licensed therapist specializing in trauma, sexuality, and ketamine-assisted EMDR, with extensive experience in EMDR and the Flash Technique. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we stop fighting ourselves — and start getting curious instead. I work with adults navigating the long shadow of trauma, including sexual trauma, identity, and the stories we carry about who we are and whether we're enough.
I'm currently completing sex therapist certification — an area that is often undertreated and deeply connected to trauma.
You've tried therapy before and it didn't get to the root of it. You're looking for something that works at the level where the real stuff lives — not just coping strategies and talking about your feelings for years. I offer EMDR intensives for trauma that hasn't budged with other approaches, and ketamine-assisted EMDR for those ready to go deeper, combining the neuroplasticity effects of ketamine with targeted trauma processing. I also work with sexuality concerns from a shame-free, sex-positive lens — for whatever you've been afraid to bring into the therapy room.
I practice via telehealth in California and New Mexico — fully remote, which means wherever you are in those states, we can work together.

Education & Experience

I've been a licensed therapist since 2014, with nearly a decade of experience in community mental health before transitioning to private practice. Community mental health means you see everything — serious mental illness, complex trauma, crisis, co-occurring disorders, populations that have been underserved and overlooked. That breadth shaped how I work and who I work with.
I have advanced training in EMDR and the Flash Technique, and I'm currently completing a certification in sexuality therapy through the Sexual Health Alliance. I'm also trained in IFS, ACT, DBT, EFT, and motivational interviewing, and I integrate these approaches based on what each client actually needs.
