With a demonstrated history of serving children, individuals, and families through quality mental, social, and emotional care, I've specialized in trauma-informed practice for 15 years through certifications such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC), and I am a Trauma + Resiliency Specialist in Education.
