About Me
I specialise in working with relationships, adverse childhood experiences (neglect or abuse), sexual abuse, bullying, parental breakups, and other difficult experiences whilst growing up. I work in a trauma-informed way using EMDR therapy and other techniques to help you process a difficult past, create resilience so you can live the life you want.
Education & Experience
I have an MSc in EMDR from Worcester University under the professorship of Derek Farrell and I have advanced EMDR training through EMDR Focus (attachment informed) in the UK and Scaling Up EMDR in the USA with Dr Nacho Jarero. I also use IFS with EMDR.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
EMDR Europe Trauma Aid UK I edit and produce the EMDR UK podcasts and assist with social media.
