I view some of our biggest challenges as coming from the battle within, when we don't fully understand ourselves and our motivations, and sometimes act in opposition to what we believe we want. In our work together, I will support you to intentionally choose your path forward to live your best life.
Education & Experience
I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology from Alliant University in California (where I was born and raised). I have extensive post graduate training in family systems, which is viewing the individual within the context of the important people in their life. I'm trained in EMDR and in the process of certification. I've been in practice in a variety of settings for six years.

I believe we never stop learning and evolving. I am a member of professional organizations in my field, AAMFT and EMDRIA, so that I can continue my path of professional growth and be connected with community.
