About Me
I am a mental health counselor doing remote therapy for folks who are in Washington state. I love being a therapist because I love people, and because the human experience is awe-inspiring to me. This work has taught me that everyone, no matter who you are or what you have endured, can heal. Outside of my professional work I love to be outside, move my body, and enjoy good food with loved ones.
