About Me
During the 10+ years as a therapist it never ceases to amaze me how clients achieve health and wellbeing. I believe therapy is most effective when personalized to meet the needs of my client. I work collaboratively through the lens of neuroscience and an evidenced based, integrative toolbox to include EMDR and Accelerated Resolution therapies.
