About Me
Laura is a neurodivergent psychotherapist and social work educator who has a small private practice working with Houston-based clients in-person and with others online throughout Texas, New York, Virginia, and Idaho. Her interests are in anxiety, learning differences, adoptive families, creativity, spirituality, grief, mindfulness, and trauma. She uses evidence-based interventions to treat IBS and other functional GI issues, insomnia, and traumatic stress. She conducts ADHD assessments and provides executive function coaching and supports parents of children with learning differences. She is also trained in ART, CBT-I, and clinical hypnosis.
