About Me

I am passionate about healing past trauma, attachment wounds, and self-esteem issues that stem from what you've been through. I am strength-focused, goal-oriented, and believe that the best outcomes occur when the client works together with the therapist to make progress. We establish trust and then make a team effort on the journey of healing. I specialize in EMDR to eliminate symptoms and triggers from PTSD, anxiety, grief, mood disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, sexual abuse, and relationship issues. I integrate other effective research-based modalities, including: CBT, grief work, attachment and self-acceptance work, parts work, assertiveness and boundary training, and mindfulness. It is important to have a safe and comfortable space to form what you feel and think into words. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental, and compassionate environment for you to release emotions and thoughts and unburden yourself.
