About Me

Do you feel overwhelmed by emotions or stressors? Do you feel like there are thoughts or beliefs preventing you from moving toward the life you want to have? If so, you are not alone. These are normal feelings and thoughts as our nervous system is constantly scanning our environment for things that are safe and unsafe, sometimes leaving us feeling overwhelmed and limited. Part of the solution to settling and healing our nervous system is: connection. Laura seeks to create connection with her clients to support them in healing their nervous systems and increasing their understanding, connection, curiosity and compassion for their systems both internally and externally. This involves tuning in and becoming curious about what resonates and makes sense to their system and connecting with themselves and their environments in a meaningful way. She collaborates with the client to identify patterns and limiting beliefs and works with the client to identify ways to shift toward desired ways of being. For years, Laura has walked alongside individuals living with various types of trauma and supported them to find healing within their own system. Her unwavering belief is that everyone deserves to be heard, understood and given the space to express and become the best version of themselves. She has worked in various contexts with diverse populations and she is LGBTQ+ friendly.
