About Me

I am licensed marriage and family therapist who has been practicing for over 25 years. I opened a group practice over 15 years ago and love seeing others heal. I began to specialize in treating trauma over 10 years ago and now serve clients by doing trauma intensives. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) as well and having been a trainer to other clinicians nationally in this modality. I am a collaborator to the model of Critical Memory Integration (CMI) and the developer of Memory Integration Neutralization Technique (MINT). I am the owner of Optimal Outcome a coaching and consulting company.
