About Me
Hello, I'm glad you're here! I am a therapist who loves working with teens (15+) and adults who have experienced trauma or disruptive life events. My EMDR training has a somatic and attachment focus, which allows me to help you identify ways that past hurts and experiences are influencing you in the present. This could be in difficult relationship patterns, or in disruptive body responses to situations. A forest can regrow after a fire, and likewise your life does not need to be defined by the painful parts of your past. For more information here is my website: https://lauren-earle.clientsecure.me/
