Lauren McKay has over a decade of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. Lauren has previously worked with survivors of domestic violence, people experiencing homelessness, and adolescents in foster care. Lauren has a genuine, holistic, and authentic approach to working with her clients, treating each client to their individual needs. Lauren is also trained in TBRI and Gottman Institute practices, and is IFS-informed.
