Hi, my name is Lauren!

I specialize in helping women who want to connect more deeply with themselves and others. Together, we work towards you living a fuller and authentically connected life.

Do you try to connect with others but feel self conscious? Do you find yourself overanalyzing conversations after they are done, doubting yourself, or trying to avoid conflict? Do you try your best but still feel anxious, disappointed, or doubtful? Do you stress about what others might think?

In therapy, I seek to create a safe, supportive space for you. We explore your goals and work at your own pace. Having our client-therapist relationship be supportive, trusting, and genuine is one of my top priorities.

Therapy Rates:
$150 for 50-60 minute session
$220 for 90 minute session
