About Me

If you’re looking for an EMDR therapist, you may already fe el that something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to, whether that’s anxiety, past trauma, relationship challenges, or patterns that feel hard to break. You don’t have to navigate that alone.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples who are ready for meaningful, lasting change. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood, so you can explore your experiences, process difficult emotions, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.

I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that helps you process and resolve the impact of past experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming or keep you stuck. I commonly work with concerns such as childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I also have a particular focus on supporting high-achieving individuals who may be struggling with stress, perfectionism, or imposter syndrome.

In addition to EMDR, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you better understand and connect with different parts of yourself, especially the parts that may feel anxious, critical, or overwhelmed, so you can experience more balance, clarity, and self-compassion.

My background includes dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Global Public Health from New York University, along with over 15 years of experience supporting adults and couples through trauma, relational challenges, and major life transitions.

Whether you’re working through past trauma or simply want to feel more grounded and at ease in your daily life, my goal is to help you build resilience, deepen your self-understanding, and create more fulfilling connections with yourself and others.

Education & Experience

I hold dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Global Public Health from New York University School of Social Work, where I developed a strong interdisciplinary foundation in mental health, trauma-informed care, and population-based approaches to wellbeing. My graduate training emphasized clinical assessment, evidence-based interventions, and the broader social determinants that impact mental health outcomes.

In addition to my graduate education, I have pursued advanced post-graduate training in trauma and relational therapies, including a certificate in Bowen Family Systems from Rutgers University School of Social Work and two years of EMDR certification training. My ongoing professional development reflects a commitment to integrating attachment-based, systemic, and neuroscience-informed approaches into my clinical work.
