About Me
As a clinical social worker with over 13 years in the field, I focus on assisting teens (16+) and adults in managing life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and disordered eating. My experience spans from residential treatment and domestic violence support to a dedicated private practice over the last 3 years, building on a solid foundation in community mental health. My approach centers around addressing complex trauma, post-concussion syndrome, and chronic illness, incorporating EMDR and EFT/tapping as key tools to facilitate profound healing. Witnessing the transformative power of these modalities fuels my commitment to guiding my clients towards recovery and resilience.
