About Me

I’m an EMDRIA Certified Therapist providing online EMDR and individual therapy for adults in Maryland and California. I specialize in trauma, narcissistic abuse, and high-conflict divorce, including the effects of emotionally harmful or controlling relationships.

You may be replaying painful experiences, feeling constantly on guard, or questioning your judgment—even while keeping up with work and family responsibilities. Together, we’ll work toward changes that matter in your everyday life, such as setting boundaries, feeling less overwhelmed, and rebuilding trust in yourself.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I’ll listen closely, help you recognize patterns, and connect our work to the situations you’re facing outside of therapy. We’ll begin by understanding your concerns and goals, then develop a plan together.

Individual therapy is $200 for 50 minutes; extended EMDR sessions are $300 for 80 minutes. My Maryland and California services are private-pay, and I do not bill insurance directly. Itemized receipts called superbills are available for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
