Leanne Perrin, MSW, RSW, BA
About Me
I am a mental health therapist and social worker with over 15 years of experience in trauma informed care. I specialize in EMDR 2.0, a cutting-edge therapy that facilitates adaptive information processing and somatic desensitization for clients who suffer from maladaptive functioning and problematic symptoms. I am EMDR Certified through EMDRIA, and I have a Master of Social Work degree. I work at Perrin Mental Health Services, a private practice that offers remote and mobile services to diverse populations, such as First Nation, Indigenous communities, clinics, hospitals, and EFAP providers. I value innovation, collaboration, and transformation, and I bring a holistic and culturally sensitive approach to my practice. My purpose is to help clients achieve freedom from unwanted thoughts, feelings and sensations, and thrive in their life. I believe what I do is as much an art as a science, and I am committed to continuous learning and improvement.
