Helping others navigate through this thing called “Life” is my reward! Finding Joy in our Journey fills my cup. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience working in community mental health, schools, and the private practice sectors. Throughout my career, I have focused on implementing positive behavioral changes using creative and dynamic counseling strategies. For the past few years, becoming a master clinician in trauma-informed care has been my goal. Surviving my own life’s challenges, included the death of our teenage son, I’m familiar with the need to have multiple strategies in our toolbox to persevere along our JOURNEY TO JOY!
