Mrs. Leslie Farias Sanchez, LMFT
Preferred Name: Leslie
Welcome to a space dedicated to your healing journey. If you're an adult who has navigated the challenging waters of childhood trauma, particularly within the realms of difficult parent-child relationships, you're not alone. Have you ever wondered how those early experiences might be influencing your life today? Did your caregivers have a hard time being there for you consistently when you were growing up? Perhaps you often found yourself feeling undeserving of affection or attention, grappling with a persistent sense of not being good enough. These experiences can cast shadows into our adult lives. Do you see traces of your past in your present? Wrestling with feelings of unworthiness, struggling to connect with your body, or caught in patterns of dissociation? Trained in EMDR and IFS, I guide you through self-discovery, compassion, and curiosity —unique perspectives for understanding and healing. As a fellow Latina, I get the weight of generational trauma. Let's break the cycle and be the healing generation. This is a safe space to explore, understand, and transform. You deserve a life where you feel connected, worthy, and at peace.
