About Me
I offer services including individual therapy, family counseling, and couples counseling. I believe in taking a person-centered, solution-focused approach where I meet each client exactly where they are, working on designing a therapy approach that is individualized for each client’s needs.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a BS in Psychology, a Master of Social Work from New York University, and a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology. I am also a Master Addiction Counselor and a Certified Life Coach. I bring exceptional training and over twenty years of experience serving my clients. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and seniors. I have worked with various issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma.
