About Me

Many clients come feeling like they or their relationships “should be fine”, but deep down they feel confused, disconnected, overwhelmed, or burdened, just not knowing why. Unprocessed past experiences can be stored in our body, causing anxiety, depression, self esteem issue, tougher life transitions, or disturbed relationships. In our sessions, no matter if you come as an individual, a couple, or a family, we'll gently reconnect the parts that have been shut down by stress, anger, fear, shame, or grief, make sense of everything that's important to you, help you to express yourself freely, and rediscover your authentic self.

I specialize in healing relational and trauma wounds with Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic & trauma-informed Somatic/EFT/EMDR/IFS therapy, for immigrants, professionals, LGBTQ+, ADHDers, CPTSD/NPD/sexual abuse survivors, and adoption parents. My life experiences have deepened my compassion, so I can hold a personalized space for clients from diverse backgrounds.
