About Me

I am a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, trauma therapist, and clinical supervisor specializing in addiction, trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD, codependency, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I work with adults who are struggling with addictive behaviors, emotional dysregulation, traumatic experiences, relationship patterns, and major life transitions.

A significant part of my professional work is focused on helping people achieve and maintain recovery from addiction, understand the underlying psychological mechanisms of addictive behavior, and build emotional stability and autonomy.

I also work with partners and family members affected by addiction and codependency.

Education & Experience

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and work as a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and university lecturer.

My professional training includes EMDR therapy, trauma-focused psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and specialized approaches to addiction treatment, including EMDR-based interventions for cravings and relapse prevention.

I have extensive clinical experience working with substance and behavioral addictions, trauma-related disorders, PTSD and complex PTSD, anxiety, codependency, and relationship difficulties.

In addition to clinical practice, I teach psychology and addiction-related subjects and provide professional supervision and training for psychologists working with complex clinical cases.
