Lily holds her Master of Arts degree in Counselling with TCA College. She is professionally trained and certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy), and EFCT (Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy) and Management and Intervention of Family Violence (MFV). Clinical Member and Registered Counsellor with Singapore Association for Counselling (CMSAC) and member of The International Centre of Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). She has years of experience providing therapeutic interventions to Persons with Mental Illness (PMI) and their families to build better meaningful relationships and creating employment opportunities to help them develop autonomy towards independence. She believes in integrating different approaches to provide personal treatment for each client to achieve better insights, recognize their strength to manage distress and to work through interpersonal skills to improve relationships. Lily is warm, calm, empathic and genuinely believes in creating a safe haven for clients to speak and be heard so that they feel respected and supported as they journey together.
