About Me
I am a Colorado native and former two-sport DI collegiate athlete. I enjoy spending time outdoors with family, friends, and dogs. I love cycling, skiing, hiking and my new passion is pickleball!
Education & Experience
I have my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. I have over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, athletes, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have worked in schools, residential and day treatment, child welfare, criminal justice, inpatient and outpatient medical settings, and athletics.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and identity-affirming.
