About Me

I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist with 9 years of experience. I grew up in the Eastern Coachella Valley and I am committed to improving access to and providing mental health services in the place I call home.

Education & Experience

I work with adults, people of color, the working-class, college students, and also have experience working with young children and teenagers. My work focuses on addressing my clients’ lived experiences and collaboratively finding ways to create positive and transformational change in their lives. I use evidence-based therapies, such as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), to help clients find ways to heal that make sense for them. Allow me to be part of your healing journey.
