About Me
I’m someone who finds joy in life’s simple, meaningful moments. I love getting lost in a good book, whether I’m curled up at home or listening to an audiobook while walking my dog. Those quiet walks are some of my favorite times to unwind and recharge.
Family means everything to me, and I cherish the time we spend together—especially cozy movie nights and sharing meals I’ve cooked with care. There’s something special about bringing people together through food and laughter.
I also enjoy slowing down and being outside, sitting with the birds and taking in the calm around me. It’s in those peaceful moments that I feel most grounded and content.
Education & Experience
I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from University of Maryland.
Since 2006, I have built a comprehensive career in the mental health field, gaining experience across a variety of settings, including vocational rehabilitation, inpatient care, and outpatient mental health services. This diverse background has allowed me to support individuals with a wide range of needs, helping them work toward stability, independence, and improved quality of life.
My work is rooted in a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to further enhance my ability to support individuals in processing and healing from traumatic experiences.
